The initial application for Oak Grove was submitted in 2003.
Over the next four years, the Oak Grove plan was revised based
on environmental review, public input and review by Pleasanton
officials. As the project evolved, the landowner published a
series of newsletters to report changes to the Oak Grove plan
and public comment on the proposal.
